I just wanted to say thank you so much to Ariana and Ask Iris Fields for answering all of my wedding planning questions on the phone today. I am a do-it-yourself bride and, I hope, I’ve got most things covered, but it was so helpful to be able to troubleshoot a few things with Ariana. All of my friends have gotten married close to home, and we are doing a destination beach wedding. While friends have been helpful for a lot of the planning, I really needed an expert to help me with all of my destination planning questions. I had several questions about vendor contracts and wedding insurance. Ariana talked me through negotiating contracts so that I can get the benefits that wedding insurance could provide, without spending extra money on a policy. Knowing that I was doing a beach wedding, she asked a few key ideas in case of rain, my biggest nightmare. At the end of the conversation, I felt very confident that it will be beautiful and guests will stay dry, rain or shine (fingers crossed for shine!!). We are keeping our wedding pretty small, so I worried about hurting the feelings of those we are unable to invite. She talked me through this one too, and gave me some great ideas on how we can share our wedding with those who cannot be there in person. Thanks so much Ariana, and I am sure I will be calling you as the big day gets a little closer!

To say that our son's Bar Mitzvah party was amazing because of Danielle and Ariana at Iris Fields is an understatement. The comments from friends and family were nothing short of wonderful. The whole evening was so magical and full of warmth and happiness for everyone. It was all my son and our whole family dreamt of and we could not be more grateful to the Iris Fields team for all their hard work. They took so much time to make sure that we had everything we needed and took care of all the details so we could have a priceless day and evening! My younger son even asked if they would plan his Bar Mitzvah - six years from now!
We hope everyone uses Iris Fields to make their event as wonderful as ours!

If you plan on scaling the Alps and conquering Rome, or the event planning equivalent, it is a good idea to have Iris Fields in your arsenal. They are sharp, strategy-minded, focused, and absolutely wonderful to work with. They can stick to ridiculous deadlines in one of the worst weeks for pulling off an event in midtown Manhattan--during UN Gridlock Week. You can't go wrong with these ladies, and they will steer you true, elephants included. |

There is no greater gift on your wedding day than peace of mind. Iris Fields offered me a sense of security on the most important day of my life that each of the special details I had spent 18 months planning would unfold exactly as I envisioned. My wedding was memorable and perfect because everything fell into place and was executed seamlessly in their hands. I concentrated only on the moments that would change my life, the man I married and the people who gathered around us on this landmark occasion, feeling calm with Iris Fields in the background. Never once did any matter disrupt or distract me from the significance of the wedding because Ariana and Danielle had it covered. Getting to know both women prior to June 5th was nothing short of a pleasure. They were first and foremost professional, attentive, prompt and thorough. They double and triple confirmed each detail so no stone was left unturned and no surprise would be had the day of. On top of their excellent service they are the loveliest women. Excited and encouraging, sweet and understanding, they became dear friends on my journey down the aisle.

The 21 Club is a perfect venue-- I'm not sure we'll ever need to find another one. The service and food and ambience were all perfect...and the flowers were my personal favorite. Gorgeous!

Platinum Wedding Planning
When I first proposed to my amazing wife, Ariana Gordon Stecker, I thought I’d leave all of the wedding planning up to her; she is, after all, owner of Iris Fields – a wedding and event planning company. I soon realized, however, that there were certain parts of the wedding, like the music and food, that I wanted to be involved in and give my input on. With that said, giving my input is a lot different than actually doing the tasks. As a very busy man, I needed to be able to pass along tasks and know that they were going to get done correctly, because after all my time is money (it’s true, I work in finance). I saw first hand, how much detail and attention goes into planning a wedding from start to finish and we were fortunate to have the Iris Fields staff to help us along the way. Throughout the entire process they were there to make sure we dotted all of our I’s and crossed all our T’s. The great thing about having Iris Fields throughout the planning process was that they took care of all of the small things that can really weigh you down, so we could actually ENJOY our engagement and the planning process… But hands down, nothing was better than having Iris Fields there for the day of our wedding. They made sure that everything was done the way we wanted it done and that everything went out without any problems! Iris Fields, I cannot thank you enough for helping us with one of the most important days of our lives.

As Director of Manhattan Jewish Experience newest location, I wanted to throw an amazing event that would get people excited about our organization. As fate would have it, I was introduced to Iris Fields, through Ariana Gordon Stecker, and they stepped up in every way imaginable. Not only did Iris Fields help with every aspect of the event planning, they went above and beyond hosting committee meetings, organizing donations, managing the auction and overseeing the entire event. Thank you Iris Fields for your amazing expertise - without Iris Fields, MJE’s Inaugural Downtown Gala would not have been the success that it was.

My Partner Stephen and I had our commitment ceremony this past August 29th. We were fortunate enough to have Iris Fields as our planners. Ariana, Danielle and Melissa were a dream to work with. Like all of the members of the Global Board of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, every initiative I undertake for HBA is a labor love, and nothing less than perfection will do. So when I needed to plan a 20th Anniversary dinner for two decades of Women of the Year (WOTY) honorees, I chose not to leave anything to chance. There was no question that Iris Fields would do a stellar job. Having known Ariana Gordon for years and personally experienced her special touch in planning unique and memorable events in New York City, I knew she would find the perfect venue to honor my esteemed colleagues. It was grand, yet intimate, and holding it at the 21 Club, that previous bastion of “Male-dom,” added a lovely touch of humor and served as the perfect backdrop for a dinner celebrating the strides made in women’s leadership in the healthcare industry. Ariana and her team made everything seem so effortless and ensured that we delivered an event that will be hard to top next year. But, of course, we’ll call Iris Fields to ensure perfection!

The Iris Fields team made planning our wedding easy. The Iris Fields team provided excellent advice on all aspects of the wedding planning process. They posses the skills and good taste to produce exquisite weddings, with ours being a perfect example. They kept us organized, maintained our wedding vision and materialized our perfect day! We don’t plan on getting married again, however we definitely plan on using Iris Fields for other special events we plan on having together.

When a little girl dreams of her wedding, she never dreams of all the vendor calls, meetings and contracts she has to sign. Luckily, I hired Iris Fields immediately after getting engaged and they assisted me through each and every step of my wedding planning process. I knew I was in good hands when their team of planners connected me with the best vendors in New York City. So on the day of my wedding all I had to do was wake-up, get pampered and walk down the aisle. I had every bride’s worst fear come true when the sunny Bermuda day on the Mandarin Oriental Hotel’s beautiful outside deck that I had imagined was doused with rain. Thanks to Iris Field’s the contingency plan they implemented was seamless to my guests. I partied the night away while I let someone else handle every detail. Thanks to Iris Fields my wedding was completely stress free.
